Competition Categories
The categories are divided into six basic blocks to which entries can be submitted. Extraordinary prizes are awarded by the jury on the basis of the overall evaluation.
PART A: Advertising

1. Outdoor
Advertising work that stands out even in a busy public space, conveying striking ideas through straightforward execution and a direct message.
Eligibility: Work already entered into the Static: Print category cannot be entered into this category unless the execution has been significantly modified for outdoor use.

2. Print
Advertising work that finds new possibilities in the field of printed media and is able to capture the reader’s attention for a longer period of time.

3. Online visual
This category evaluates online static visuals that have not been published in print. Eligible works must be part of an online campaign, such as banners, social media posts, stories, or visuals used on campaign websites. They are assessed in the same way as in the Static: Print category, focusing on the originality of the idea, execution, art direction, and copy, with an emphasis on the use of communication in the online environment.

4. Film: Short format (up to 15")
Films aimed at capturing attention in the shortest possible time and/or telling a compelling story within a very limited duration.

5. Film: Medium format (16-60")
A standard video advertisement that presents the art of traditional storytelling in television or online advertising.

6. Film: Long format (over 61")
Video that narrate richer stories and border or overlap into content, usually through cinema or online.

7. Sound
Sound and music as creative tools across all types and formats of standard paid advertising (radio, streaming platforms, voice). The primary focus of evaluation is the strength of the creative idea and the originality of how the audio medium is used to convey a message, evoke emotions, and strengthen the brand. Craft quality is not evaluated in this category; the focus is primarily on the idea behind the audio solution.
Eligibility: Podcasts, audio content, music, and other forms of branded entertainment outside of standard paid advertising space are to be entered into the category Entertainment.Attachments:

8. Copywriting: Short
Award for the best copywriting in headlines and taglines.

9. Copywriting: Long
Award for the best storytelling copywriting (scripts, articles, long-form content, books).

10. Campaign: Tactical
A campaign delivered across a limited number of channels, predominantly using a single execution (or adaptations thereof).
Note: Entries in the Campaign: Tactical category that make it to the shortlist will be presented to the jury in optional public presentations lasting 5 minutes. The jurors will then have 10 minutes for follow-up questions. Attendance at the presentation is recommended.Attachments:

11. Campaign: Integrated
A campaign delivered at a large scale, creatively across multiple channels, guided by a single ‘big idea’.
Note: Entries in the Campaign: Integrated category that make it to the shortlist will be presented to the jury in optional public presentations lasting 5 minutes. The jurors will then have 10 minutes for follow-up questions. Attendance at the presentation is recommended.Attachments:

12. Advertising For Good
Any campaign that has exclusively non-commercial goals, or has been produced for promoting NGOs and their causes.
Eligibility: Work for commercial clients that has an overlap with social activism falls under the category of Social Impact.Attachments:

PART B: Engagement

1. Social: Community activation
Any work that creatively activates a community on social media, whether through one-off interactions with the brand (including contests, user-generated content, etc.) or through long-term efforts to build an active community that regularly interacts with content published by the brand on social media.

2. Social: Influencer talent
Use of influencers that goes beyond their contribution in terms of audience reach. Entered work must be based on an innovative approach to working with influencers.

3. Social: Reactional
Work that responds to current events, trends, or audience behavior in real time. The award recognizes the brand’s ability to react quickly and relevantly, and to successfully engage in an ongoing conversation through timely or reactive content. This does not include responses to pre-planned events, such as sports matches.

4. Direct
Work designed to lead a clearly defined target group to a clearly defined action. The result must be a direct consequence of the communication effort. This category also includes retail and e-commerce.

5. Digital & Interactive
Digital formats (such as websites, applications, kiosks, etc.) that are designed to engage users in interaction and thereby change their attitude or behavior.

6. PR & Earned media
Activities that engage the general public, opinion leaders, or journalists and generate media value through unpaid content.

A commercial campaign that successfully promotes social issues and achieves demonstrable change in our society. These are primarily campaigns that extend into social activism, not work for non-governmental non-profit organizations.
Eligibility: Work created for non-profit organizations with exclusively non-commercial objectives falls under the Advertising For Good category.Attachments:

Brand activations that take place directly within video games or in direct relation to video games, e-sports, and video game culture.

This category focuses on the use of post-production techniques in static formats. It covers work that enhances the visual quality of a piece through techniques such as retouching, color correction, visual effects, or AI. Emphasis is placed on high-quality craftsmanship that delivers an original visual effect.

This category recognizes excellence in sound design in advertising and focuses on the use of sound as a craft element. Entries are evaluated based on production quality and technical precision. The category includes works featuring original music composed specifically for a particular project, precisely crafted foley and sound effects, sonic branding, audio identity, and other original sound solutions. The award primarily honors the work of sound designers, composers, and audio engineers.

This category recognizes excellence in the skilled use of artificial intelligence in the creation of video content and static visuals. It evaluates work where AI genuinely enhances storytelling or craftsmanship. The category includes projects whose execution would not have been possible using traditional methods or within typical production budgets.
Entries are judged on the integration of human creativity and AI to produce work that pushes the boundaries of visual and production innovation, while also celebrating the technical precision achieved through the use of AI tools.Attachments:

Creativity and design of branding systems and individual elements of brand identity. This category includes identities for new brands, rebranding, brand refreshes, logo design, naming, sound branding, or innovative approaches to branding for corporations, medium or small companies, organisations, events, or individuals. Works published before January 1, 2025 may also be eligible for entry, provided their publication continued after this date and they were not submitted to a previous edition of the competition.

Any form of commercial design resulting in a physical material, with special emphasis on innovative design and the creative use of printing techniques. This category includes corporate printed materials, publications, editorial and book design, calendars, posters, invitations, direct mailings, etc.

3. Digital Design
Design of digital tools and online services that deliver an excellent user experience through strong design and high technical quality. This category includes websites, apps, game design, virtual space design, or immersive technologies.

Awards for innovative ideas and design across all types of packaging, from luxury to consumer goods, and from limited editions to mass production. All submitted work must be commercially sold with a barcode or other sales identifier, or the entrant must be able to provide proof of its public release.

Award for the best illustration used in static formats.
