Competition Rules
The ADC Czech Creative Awards 2025 honor the most creative awards of the last year. The competition highlights specific works that push the advertising possibilities within their disciplines and set trends in its further development.
1/ Dates
- The ADC Awards 2025 are open to original advertising projects published
between the 1st of January 2024 and the 31st January 2025 - Regular Deadline (Early birds): 2nd-31st January 2025
- Extended Deadline (Entries): 1st-28th February 2025
- Publication of The Gallery of Entries: 24th March 2025
- Jury Session: 8th-10th April 2025
- Personal presentation of shortlisted campaigns (cat. A. 7., A. 8.): 10th April 2025
- Shortlist publication: 11th April 2025
- The Ceremony: 30th April 2024
2/ Fees
BASIC FEES IN DUE COURSE
6 000,- CZK excluding VAT for each entry, admitted until 31st January 2025 (not valid for the Campaign category)
10 000,- CZK excluding VAT for each entry, admitted until 31st January 2025 in the Campaign category
INCREASED FEES IN THE EXTENDED PERIOD
8 000,- CZK excluding VAT for each entry, admitted from 1 February to 28 April 2025 (not valid for the Campaign category)
14 000,- CZK excluding VAT for each entry, admitted from 1 February to 28 April 2025 in the Campaign category
VOLUME DISCOUNT
If you pay for more than three applications on one invoice, you will receive a 10% discount on the total invoice amount.
If you pay for more than six applications on one invoice, you will receive a 15% discount on the total invoice amount.
3/ How to enter the ADC Awards
User registrations from previous years automatically expire, so a new registration is necessary for the current year of the Competition.
Individual entries can only enter the Competition after creating their user account in the login application via the "Login" link in the header of this website.
After the user has entered the application, the entry of individual works into the Competition is then carried out in the main menu "Submit your work to the competition".
You must fill in at least the basic mandatory information for each entry. After saving the mandatory data, proceed to upload the files according to the specified technical specifications for each category.
Please attach attachments in the format:
Image file format: Best possible quality JPG, no compression, min. 1920 px x min. 1080 px
Video file format: Full HD 1920 x 1080 px, MP4 H.264, Format 16:9, 8 MB/s – 12 MB/s (medium quality)As the Jury will be international, all entries must be accompanied by a translation into English, preferably in the form of original + subtitles.
The completed Entry can be duplicated into another category. In the menu "My Entries" you can select the Entry from your list and then duplicate it for another category.
If all the entries you submit meet the technical specifications, they can be closed by submitting them to the Competition. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the terms and conditions of the Competition as defined in the Competition Statutes.
Lock your entry in the moment you are 100% sure of its accuracy. Locking an entry fixes its price based on the date of the lock. Locked entries cannot be changed, only Credits can be changed.
Payment should be made based on a proforma invoice payment of the relevant fees and required within seven days after the locking of the last entry, which has to be no later than the 28th of February.
The proforma invoice will be sent to your email. The tax invoice will be sent to you after the payment has been credited to our account.In case of providing physical samples for the jury session, please mark the package with "ADC Awards" and the entry number and send it to WPP Campus, Bubenská 1, 170 00 Prague 7, by 7 March 2025. Samples delivered by the entrant will not be returned.
4/ Important information
The work must meet at least one of the following conditions:
- the work was intended for the Czech market and was published in the Czech Republic
- its concept was created by an entity based in the Czech Republic
- the work is submitted by independent authors or suppliers based in the Czech Republic who participated in the original creative concept.
For entries in the Part E: Craft and Part F: Design categories: If the applicant does not meet the condition of demonstrable participation in the original creative concept, it is essential that the execution (Craft/Design) is carried out by an entity with headquarters or residence in the Czech Republic.
Entries in categories A. 7. Campaign: Tactical and A. 8. Campaign: Integrated, that advance to the shortlist will be presented to the jury in person during presentations of up to 10 minutes, which will take place the day after the announcement of the shortlist, i.e. on the morning of 10/04 at the WPP Campus. The judges will then have 5 minutes for additional questions.
