Jaime Mandelbaum

CCO, VMLY&R EUROPE

Jaime Mandelbaum has worked across three continents with brands like adidas, Absolut Vodka, Bel, BBC, BMW, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Danone, Erste Bank, Forbes, Harley Davidson, ING, Lavazza, LG, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Playstation, Volvic, and Vodafone. Born and raised in São Paulo he’s the Chief Creative Officer of VMLY&R Europe where he’s responsible for overseeing the creative product of the network across all of its European offices, he held the same role at Y&R and was instrumental in driving the award-winning work when Y&R was named EMEA regional network of the year at Cannes 2017. Prior to that, he was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe, when Y&R was also the most-awarded network in that region at Cannes Lions 2014 and 2015. He is a speaker at innovation and creativity events globally and has been a jury member in all major advertising festivals, in 2018 he was named to the Golden Drum Hall of Fame, and his works have been awarded at Cannes Lions, ADC New York, The One Show, D&AD, Clio, London International, Eurobest, NY Festivals and ADC Europe.

Petr Vlasák

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, CZECH PROMOTION GROUP

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where he teaches now. After working in the marketing of Algida, he joined Grey Praha and then Eda Kauba at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he worked as a copywriter. After seven years, he ventured into creative director at DDB, but he wasn't alone. There he met Richard Stiebitz, with whom he spent the next six years collecting awards and enjoying a friendship at DDB and Saatchi II. Then Petr accepted an offer from Cometch, a Zlín-based agency, which he dragged along for the next 15 years, winning ADC Czech Creative Awards, Golden Drum nominations, a bronze Clio and a place in the Cannes Lions non-profit selection. He now works as a strategist and creative director at Czech Promotion, the largest agency in the Czech Republic. He was elected to the jury by the membership of the Creative Copywriters Club, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. He's happier with his wife and three kids than the Cannes lion he doesn't have.

Dora Pružincová

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER, DDB PRAGUE GROUP

Dora Pružincová started her advertising career 14 years ago as a copywriter. Today, she heads creative at DDB's Prague office. Her work has received numerous local and international awards, including 14 prestigious Cannes Lions. As one of the youngest and most appreciated creative leaders in the Czech Republic, she also appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Martin Charvát

IDEA MAKER, HAZE

Martin Charvát has been working in advertising for almost thirty years. Currently, as an Idea Maker at HAZE, an agency dedicated to innovation in commercial communication. During his career, he has collected dozens of creative awards in the Czech Republic and around the globe, including Clio, The One Show, D&AD and Cannes Dove awards. He has sat or chaired juries for the ADC Czech Creative Awards, the Zlatý klinec Awards, the Golden Drum Festival, the New York Festivals, PIAF, the Cresta Awards, and others. He lectures on creativity in advertising at the Prague University of Economics and Business and the University of Creative Communication.

David Suda

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, WMC/GREY

David Suda is Creative Director and Partner at WMC/GREY. For the fourth year, he is leading the ADC Czech Republic club. He is the frontman of BTnJ, a German brass band with elements of English golf. He enjoys road cycling with the Dementi cycling group. For the second year, he is taking online piano lessons via WhatsApp. In his spare time, he has a YouTube channel about caravanning.

Juraj Kováč

CREATIVE & STRATEGY DIRECTOR, THIS IS LOCCO

He has over 15 years of experience in various fields of advertising, from coding to art direction… He had tried it all. But his main domain is idea-making and copywriting. Currently, Creative & Strategy Director of the independent agency THIS IS LOCCO, ranked Slovakia’s best digital agency two years in a row and named Best Slovakian agency of the year 2022. Juraj has over 100 creative and effectivity awards, both local and international, amongst others, having won both Grand Prix at Golden nail and Golden EFFIE last year. This year his works were awarded by Global Grand EFFIE contender, Silver Euro EFFIE, Eurobest, Epica, Golden Drum, New York Advertising Festival, Cresta Awards, and so on. He is also deeply connected to the building of the Slovakian creative community as President of ADC Slovakia.

Klára Palmer

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MCCANN PRAGUE

Klára Palmer is the ECD of McCann Prague and a member of the ADC Czech Republic committee. Klára has been in the advertising world for more than 15 years, during which she has worked in agencies of various sizes and focus - DDB, Proximity Prague, Nydrle, and Young&Rubicam. She is a multiple award-winning copywriter and creative director, both locally and internationally. She has many experiences in jurying creative competitions, from local ADC Czech creative awards to Cannes Lions.

Dejan Štajnberger

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, VCCP PRAGUE

Born in Belgrade, Dejan began his career almost 30 years ago in Saatchi & Saatchi Balkans. Since then, he has been active in creative work at Euro RSCG Prague and Lisbon. For the last 13 years, he's been the Executive Creative Director at VCCP Prague. Dejan has won numerous local, regional, and international creative awards and has been awarded ADC Zlatý Ohníček for exceptional contribution to Czech advertising.
Dejan has been on numerous international jury panels, and this is his 4th time judging ADC Czech Creative Awards.

Petr Čech

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, HAVAS

As a child, he dreamed of riding in the back seat of a diplomatic Mercedes. He ends up driving to work in an electric Porsche that can carry up to 110 passengers. Even there, you sometimes sit down.
Peter is Creative Director at Havas Prague. After 17 years in advertising, he knows that this field may not be as fancy as diplomacy, but it still has style. That's when he and his team get another creative award. And there have been. ADC*E, Eurobest, Epica, Golden Drum, Piaf, ADC Czech Creative Awards. He cuts his first pencil as a copywriter at Leo Burnett. He went on to Kaspen, Leagas Delaney, and Y&R, where he pioneered the iconic concept of the two sneakers and renamed GE to Moneta. He also helped launch Czech Railways' creative communications; his home Havas
became the most awarded agency at the ADC Czech Creative Awards 2019.

Tomáš Belko

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, OGILVY CZECH REPUBLIC

Tomáš Belko has been the Executive Creative Director of Ogilvy Czech Republic since 2007, and he has co-authored many campaigns and awarded international creative awards. Tomáš has been in the industry for 26 years. In 1997, he started working as a copywriter at the BBK advertising agency. In addition to advertising, he is engaged in song lyrics, literature, and screenwriting.

Tereza Svěráková

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, OAK PRAGUE

Before founding her own agency OAK (One of a kind) Tereza was eight years CCO and finally CEO of Young and Rubicam Prague (now VMLY&R). Tereza is one of the most awarded creatives on the Czech market. For her work, she received numerous awards, including LIA, Clio, D&AD, One Show, and Cannes Lions. She also served as a jury member at all of these festivals. In 2017, Adweek magazine named her one of the top global leaders reinventing the industry.

Lester Tullett

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, KASPEN/JUNG von MATT

Lester Tullett started his creative career in Auckland, New Zealand as a paste-up artist, yes, paste up, that’s what we did before Macs. Worked for various creative shops before a year in London at JWT. But being a Kiwi, stuck at the bottom of the world, travel was a must, so be moved to Prague as Head of Art at Leo Burnett in 1998. After surviving that Czech cultural baptism of fire spent the next 5 years as an international CD of Skoda at Cayenne. Moved to Kaspen in 2007 as CD and partner, helped add three letters in 2009 to KaspenJvM.
Though 16 years has helped keep Kaspen consistently high on the list of Czech creative agencies, and even though the grey hairs are appearing still has more energy than most. The creative awards braggy bit… A few international awards here and there and over 100 ADC awards. Which is the MOST by any Kiwi in Prague (by about 100).

Radouane Hadj Moussa

CREATIVE STRATEGIST, FREEDOM AGENCY

Radouane Hadj Moussa is currently working at Freedom Agency as Creative Strategist & Partner. He previously worked as Head of Marketing and Creative Strategy for ODS, where he was also the creator of the winning SPOLU campaign for the 2021 parliamentary elections. Radouane was Chief Creative Officer at DDB Prague for more than eight years. Before that, he worked at Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, McCann, and Mark BBDO. From 2013 to 2019, he chaired the domestic Art Directors Club. He has been a jury member of many Czech and international festivals and has won countless awards for creativity throughout his career.

Lumír Kajnar

GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND BRAND IDENTITY CONSULTANT

Lumír Kajnar is an independent graphic designer and brand identity consultant.
He started a professional career as a designer in Young & Rubicam Prague already during his studies at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. After graduation, he was an art director at Leo Burnett Prague. In 2005 he won a Czech round of the Young Lions competition in the print category. He gains many honors in Czech and international competitions. Last 15 years as a freelancer - he designed a logo for Czech Scouting Movement, Czech Rugby Team, Czech Triathlon Association, etc. He helped clients to develop a brand identity for Tomas Bata University, Kooperativa, and Prague Airport. He is a visual glossary of political and social events published on social networks and in newspapers.

Roman Biath

CREATIVE AND STRATEGY LEAD, ZARAGUZA

Roman started with advertising and communication thirteen years ago in the then digital market leader - Nydrle Digital (today part of Publicis Groupe). He has been working for seven years as a strategist and for the last two years as a creative leader in the full-service agency Zaraguza. Roman was the first Slovak to win four awards at the competition of young advertising talents - Young Lions Czech Republic and represented the Czech Republic 2 times at the Cannes Lions World Finals in the under-30 categories. In addition, he has won ADC Awards, Google Works, and Effie awards. Roman has also judged the most effective campaigns internationally in Brussels and Bratislava. He will sit on the ADC jury for the first time this year. He gives lectures on advertising to students and non-profits and writes about inspiration in communication on Mondaykick.me.

Pavel Flégl

HEAD OF BRAND EXPERIENCE, FLO

Pavel is the head of the newly established brand experience studio at the FLO consulting agency. His work focuses on the brand definition, creating distinctive assets, and subsequent brand guardianship and implementation in the digital environment. He has been in the world of creative and communication since 2007 when he founded the digital agency Bistro. From 2012-2014, he gained experience at Leo Burnett Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
After his return to the Czech Republic, he worked as the creative director of Isobar, a part of the global Dentsu network. During his career, Pavel collected more than 50 awards and sat on juries at domestic and international competitions.

Ivan Zachariáš

DIRECTOR

Ivan graduated from the Department of Documentary Filmmaking at FAMU in Prague (1996). Gradually he became one of the most sought-after advertising directors and won many prestigious awards for his commercials for the world's most important companies. His short parody of the Bollywood film Mulit (2003) is a permanent part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He debuted his feature film with the HBO Europe crime drama The Waste Land. He made the series Unconscious for the same company, which premiered in 2019. Among other things, he chaired the jury of the Film Craft advertising competition at the Cannes Lions Festival.
