Meet the Judges of the 32nd Edition!
We proudly present our esteemed judges, who will be divided into an Advertising Jury and an Art Jury to award the best works. This year, the chairman of the Advertising Jury is Alejandro di Trolio from Cheil Worldwide, while the Art Jury is chaired by Irene Kugelmann from DDB Group. The jury session will take place from April 8 to 10, 2025.

EUROPEAN CREATIVE CHAIRMAN, CHEIL WORLDWIDE
Alejandro is a multi-award winning creative specialised in digital creativity and innovation. He has been leading multidisciplinary creative teams for over 20 years focused on disruptive new ways to connect with audiences.
During his career, he has worked with brands like Samsung, IKEA, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Amazon, Volkswagen, Domino´s Pizza, and Red Bull generating creative strategies in diverse markets.
He had won more than 400 international awards (12 Cannes Lions (3 Gold Lions), D&AD, Clio, Effie Awards, The One Show, Ojo de Iberoamérica etc.) Recently, Alejandro has got Cheil Spain in the second Spanish agency of Cannes Lions by number of metals obtained in 2020/21/23 edition, Most awarded Spanish Agency in Eurobest 2023, LIA Awards 2023, Clio Health Awards 2023.

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER, DDB GROUP OF COMPANIES
Irene Kugelmann is an Experienced creative director with a huge passion for great creative, content, communication and strategy. Irene has a successful track record in working across a challenging roster of projects in marketing, communication and brand building.
Irene comes from a strong art and design background, which gave her the necessary tools to excel in areas like strategy, graphics, integrated marketing, performance marketing and brand communication. She has long-term making-it-happen skills, which make her a big supporter of all creative and creatives.

Helena Johnson
SENIOR COPYWRITER & IDEA MAKER, VML PRAGUE
Helena has been writing and creating silly ideas since she was little. During her quite long career in advertising, she has worked for various agencies, clients and brands. Sometimes, some of her work was awarded. She believes that every little job can be a creative opportunity, and the harshest judges are always people out there.
Jakub Kuvik
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MUW SAATCHI & SAATCHI
Jakub started his advertising journey 12 years ago at MUW Saatchi & Saatchi and will probably finish it there - he has gradually worked his way up from junior art director to creative director and co-owner of the company. He has won over 50 awards in local and international competitions. He is a member of the presidium of the Art Directors Club of Slovakia, where he focuses on advancing the local creative industry and sparking the interest of young talent in advertising.
Jan Benda
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, GOOD GAME
Honza is a copywriter and creative director with more than 15 years of experience in local, multinational and Brno agencies. After 7 years at McCann Prague, he defected to Good Game, an agency focused purely on gaming.
He is lucky to work on projects that have won dozens of awards from creative competitions ranging from D&AD, One Show, Eurobest or Golden Drum to Zlatá Pecka. In 2020, he exploited Tibetan children's love of physics to create ADC's Ad of the Year with Marek Partyš. He loves real campaigns with real results, and hates writing about himself in the third person.
Jiří Langpaul
FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR, WEAREGINGER
A creative director with an extensive advertising background. Before establishing his creative studio WEAREGINGER, Jiří held the position of creative director at several top agencies – Leo Burnett, Fabrika, and Mather Communication (Ogilvy). His work has been repeatedly recognised and awarded at major global festivals celebrating creativity and eRectiveness, such as D&AD, Clio, Epica, The One Show, Golden Drum, ERie, RedDot Award and ADC Czech Creative Award, among others.
Julie Vernerová
SENIOR COPYWRITER, VCCP Prague
A classically trained violinist with a strong bass line in conceptual copywriting. Julie has over 12 years of experience in Advertising, honored both by local and international creative awards. She worked with various agencies like TRIAD, Zaraguza, Isobar, and Leo Burnett to name a few. Julie is currently working as a senior copywriter at VCCP Prague. She also recently collaborated with the VCCP US office in New York City.
Michaela Brůhová
SENIOR DIGITAL CREATIVE, MCCANN PRAGUE
Michaela Brůhová is Senior Digital Creative at McCann Prague and member of the ADC Czech Republic board. She has been working in advertising for more than 7 years, during which time she gained experience at Triad Advertising and VML. She believes in the power of digital expertise, which has helped her win awards in both digital and film categories of advertising competitions.
Michaela Žemlová
SENIOR COPYWRITER, YYY AGENCY
Michaela has been in advertising for over a decade. She started her career in the Prague branch of DDB. She went on to work for Bistro (now Dentsu), Publicis and Fallon, where she worked on international campaigns for ŠKODA Auto and won Young Lions. She has several ADC Czech Creative Awards, many EFFIEs and a number of international awards to her credit. After further experience at Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, she joined Czech agency YYY.
Michal Pivarči
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, OGILVY PRAGUE
Michal Pivarči is a creative director at Ogilvy Prague and a member of ADC Czech Republic, with over 12 years of experience in advertising. He’s made his mark working with agencies across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, starting at Made by Vaculik in Bratislava, then moved to Prague’s TRIAD Advertising agency, where he rose from copywriter to creative director. He’s had the opportunity to work with clients such as Plzeňský Prazdroj, Wolt, IKEA, Sedita, and now for T-Mobile as a CD at Ogilvy. Michal holds several local and international awards for creativity and campaign effectiveness.
Petr Voborský
COPYWRITER; IDEAMAKER, FREELANCER
In 2000, Petr joined Leo Burnett with virtually no experience in big advertising. His very first spot for Pilsner Urquell won numerous awards at home and abroad - ADC Czech Creative Awards, Portorož, shortlist in Cannes...
Other projects were followed by other awards, including Effie and AKA Awards. Since 2003, he has been working with agencies and clients as a freelancer and has hundreds of brands across segments in his portfolio. He is a member of the ADC and vice-chair of the Creative Copywriters Club.
Radek Mojžíš
SENIOR COPYWRITER, DDB PRAGUE
Senior Copywriter who has been in the advertising industry for more than ten years. During this time he has worked at agencies such as Loosers, Scholz & Friends, KaspenJVM and Guts Prague for clients such as IKEA, DODO, Kooperativa and Asahi.
He is currently part of the McDonald's team at DDB Prague. He also has experience working in the non-profit sector and is a member of ADC Czech Republic.
Vladimír Zikmund
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, ZARAGUZA
Vladimír works as Creative Director at Zaragoza. During his almost ten-year career he has also worked for agencies such as VML (formerly Young&Rubicam) and McCann Prague, where he worked on both local and global clients. For example, he was behind the Seized Toys for People in Need campaign, which helped change legislation regarding child debt. He is a two-time winner of the Young Lions competition, and this year he has already sat on the jury of that competition and then on the international jury of the ADC*E Student Awards. And he is looking forward to his first Czech ADC judging.

Marek Hes
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, CAN.AGENCY
Creative with over 20 years of experience at agencies such as Scholz & Friends, Ogilvy, Kaspen and Saatchi & Saatchi. He is currently the creative director at CAN.agency. Over the years, he has won numerous creative awards, but most of all he considers the publication of several of his works in Luzer's Archives. Even after all these years, he still enjoys and is inspired by working in advertising.
Martin Kraus
CREATIVE TEAM LEADER, LEO BURNETT PRAGUE
Martin Kraus has been working in the advertising industry for more than 12 years. He started his career in a small Czech BTL agency, then spent over 6 years as an art director at McCann Prague. Now he works at Leo Burnett as a Creative Team Leader. For clients such as Coca-Cola, Lego, Vodafone, Air Bank, Škoda and others, he has always tried to create concepts that go beyond traditional advertising. He has won a number of prestigious awards including D&AD, Golden Drum, Eurobest, Epica Awards, ADCE and Effie.
Tereza Talichová
ART DIRECTOR, TITITI
After graduating from the Academy of Arts and Crafts in Prague and a one-year internship at the prestigious École supérieure des Arts Graphics et d'Architecture in Paris, Tereza Talichová started her career as an art director in 2006. She has worked for the advertising agencies Proximity, Mark/BBDO, HAVAS, Made by Vaculík, Zaraguza and The Darwin and the Machines. She is the winner of not only ADC Czech Creative Awards but also Silver Cannes Lions. In 2019 she founded her own studio Tititi, when it won the first prize of Designblok and became a finalist of Czech Grand Design. Works by Tititi Studio have been purchased for the permanent collections of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague and the Moravian Gallery in Brno.
Vítězslav Štrobl
EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, HULLABALOO
Vítězslav has been contributing to and shaping the advertising industry for more than 15 years. He began his career as a graphic designer at Leonardo and progressed to art director roles at Addict, VML, and McCann. Since 2024, he has been serving as Executive Creative Director at Hullabaloo. Among his most significant achievements is his work for the Czech Insurance Association, which has earned multiple prestigious awards, including three consecutive Cannes Lions and two Grand Prix at the Golden Drum festival. Together with his colleague and friend Aleš Brichta, he was also recognized twice among the Top 10 Creative Directors at the same festival.

Eugen Finkei
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, OAK PRAGUE
Eugen Finkei is an art director, graphic designer and occasional illustrator, who entered the world of advertising more than ten years ago after studying graphic design. He worked with love for agencies such as Kaspen JvM and Young & Rubicam, which led him to OAK Prague agency. In the past he was proudly awarded both internationally and regionally. He has worked on projects for Paměť Národa, Rajec, Česká spořitelna, Pilsner Urquell and many others.
Jakub Wdowka
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD DESIGNER, ARTBUREAU
Jakub has been working in Prague as head designer at Artbureau, which he co-founded, since 2006. Among other things, he is the author of the „proud“ logotype, which won silver in the ADC Czech Creative Awards 2020 and European Design Awards 2021.
Jan Kaláb
(CONTEMPORARY) ARTIST
Jan Kaláb is one of the most important contemporary Czech abstract artists. A pioneer of the Prague underground graffiti and street art scene, he belongs to the founding generation of writers. His multidisciplinary approach translates into dynamic abstract designs full of colour and organic shapes. His work teeters on the edge of painting and sculpture, analysing space through geometric morphology, precise acrylic painting and layered surfaces. Jan does not pursue a replica of the existing, but seeks universal beauty in previously unseen perspectives, thus shifting our attention to unknown new dimensions.
His original experimental work has moved from street facades to prestigious galleries around the world in places such as New York, Miami, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Seoul, Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro and Taipei. Since 2008, his works have been part of the collections of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, Cedar Rapids, USA, Museu Nacional de Belas Artes in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, DEJI Art Museum in China, Osan Museum in South Korea, as well as private collections of Dior and Tiffany.
Olga Benešová Hesounová
SENIOR ART DIRECTOR, STUDIO MARVIL
She is responsible for corporate identity and editorial design. Since 2012 has been working with Studio Marvil. She was a member of the Organisational Committee of the Brno Biennale, and art director at Hype and Komfortmag magazines. Between 2008 and 2011, after graduating from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, Olga worked for the ReDesign graphic design studio, and then for Side2 studio. She won a special prize in The Nejkrásnější české knihy awards and the European Design Awards 2009, 2012 and 2013.
Her works include visual identity of Radio Wave, Správa železnic, People in Need non-profit organization and graphic design of permanent exhibitions of the National Museum.

Adam Bartas
PHOTOGRAPHER
Adam is a photographer and digital artist with a passion for advertising craft and almost 20 years of experience creating visuals for an international clientele.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of contributing to campaigns that have won Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, or Clios. He has been recognized among Lürzer’s Archives 200 Best Digital Artists Worldwide, and his work for McDonald's is featured in the collections of the Poster House museum in New York.
Beyond his advertising work, Adam is also a dedicated university lecturer who enjoys passing on his experience to the next generation of talent.
Jiří Horenský
COMMERCIAL & MUSIC VIDEO DIRECTOR
Jiří Horenský is a Czech born independent Commercial and Music Video Director. Throughout his career spanning almost ten years he established relationships with many Czech A-list production and advertising companies. He’s a winner of 'PAPAYA YOUNG DIRECTORS 2021’ - international award - in Branded Film Category and his Music Videos are regularly screened and awarded on international Festivals. Most notably Camerimage (PL), Aesthetica (UK), Berlin BMVA (DE), or Hollywood edition of Hollyshorts.
Katarína Kinga Králová
PHOTOGRAPHER, ART DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER, WILHELM KINGA
For over 16 years, Kinga has worked in the ad industry as a photographer, art director, and set designer. She co-founded Wilhelm Kinga after gaining experience in agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy, and through her own creative brand, Kingadom. Her vibrant and unmistakable style has graced global magazines and inspired creatives across Czech agencies. She also leads the portrait project Persony, connecting remarkable people from business and beyond. A winner of ADC Czech Creative Awards and ADCE honors, Kinga continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Veronika Jelšíková
DIRECTOR & PRODUCER
Veronika Jelšíková is a director and advertising producer. She has been working on the Czech and international scene for 10 years. She studied production at FAMU and at the same time completed a residency in Los Angeles at CalArts art school, where she studied the directing program. Her first directorial short film Golden Delicious won the Nespresso Talents Award at KVIFF and gold awards at vertical film festivals. Further success came with Advertising Needs More Women, for which she won the gold trophy of the ADC Czech Creative Awards in the Young Directors category. For the music video Vojín Ryan for 7krát3, she was nominated for the Angel Awards for Music Video of the Year. Since then she has made several commercials and music videos and is currently finishing her short film The Traveler. In 2024, she was selected with her miniseries Infinitely Infinite as one of the featured projects in the prestigious KVIFF Talents program.
